Hello,

As you are looking for free Engineering seat any of the colleges in South if India, so let me tell you getting a complete free seat is not possible but as you have mentioned you belong to OBC category hence, if any particular college you get admission on the basis of your Category than definitely you have to pay only that much fees which has been assigned for that particular category and most of the time it is quite low as compare to general category students.
