You will not get free seat in an Engineering college on basis of merit in JEE Main you need to pay the fee that is prescribed by the college. To get free seat you need to score below 10,000 rank. But if you belong to SC/ST category with parent's annual income less than 2.5 lakhs then you will be eligible for full fee reimbursement. This way you can get admission under B-Category and apply for full fee reimbursement in AP EPass portal.
