Hey aspirant,

There is no difference in AIR(All india rank) and CRL(common rank list) as both the words are same and used for the same purpose.That is, the rank which you get on your percentile without considering your category or home sate is known as CRL(COMMON RANK LIST) or AIR(ALL INDIA RANK).
