As your josaa seat is now cancelled, then you can participate in further josaa rounds or you can upload the document. In simple words you are now out from josaa counseling, and you can't enter in it again.

But now as you have got your latest category certificate then definitely you can participate in csab special round counseling. Because your seat is canceled you can participate in csab special round counseling by paying the participation fees of Rs. 36500 ( for general / obc).
And as you have previously got a seat in mnnit Allahabad in josaa round 1 seat allotment, then definitely your rank must be very good and you can get many good nits and iiits in csab special round counselling.
