No at this rank you don't hold chances to get a seat in nsut or dtu but you can try for Iiit delhi maybe you have slight chances to get into it.  Hope it helped.

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
You may have chances to get admission in NSUT or DTU, but you must have your Kashmiri Migrant certificate if you are one.
But if you are from the Unreserved category, then it might not be possible for you since the cutoff for other state candidates is very high.
