There is no problem, register at http://egyankosh.ac.in/handle/123456789/52465 by providing your name, program, and enrollment number, upon entering login credentials you will reach the dashboard where you can make the desired changes, you just need to make the modifications by entering details such as which college you want to go for, submit the same, the details will be updated soon, hope this helps.
