No.This is not possible in any way.Ifvyou want to apply for M.Sc in any subject or applied course then you will have to complete your B.Sc or B.Tech.There is no provision if admission on the basis of 3rd sem b.tech. Once you will complete your b.tech,you can apply for exams like IIT JAM and GATE through which you can get admission in M.Sc course.
