In India every year conduct more then 5k exam with online and offline and different types of exam like Entrance test,board exam,SSC,upsc,and many more .Every exam admit card is mandatory for entering the exam hall but as per your query you not mentioned the particular exam which admit card you wants to download because every exam admit card download procedure is different ,so it will difficult to answer for the same .
