You can get exit from AIQ first round counselling . Candidates who has accepted the alloted college can also participate in second round AIQ counselling provided you have expressed your willing for the same in online portal. You won't  be refunded money  . If you leave seat without participating in second round you then too you will not be refunded. There is no free exit.
