You must attend Anna University's TNEA Counseling if you wish to be admitted to undergraduate programs like BE or BB.Tech.  Admission to Anna University is determined by TNEA, which is the counseling procedure; there is no entrance exam.  Admission to BE/B.Tech programs is determined on a student's 12th grade merit score.

If you're from Andhra Pradesh, you can apply to Anna University under the Other State (OS) quota for B.E./B.Tech programs.

You must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and secured at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). Admission is based only on Class 12 PCM marks — no entrance exam like JEE or TNEA.

To apply:

• Visit their official website (http://cfa.annauniv.edu/cfa)

• Fill out the online form, upload documents (10th, 12th marksheets), and pay the fee (800+GST).

• Submit the form and keep a printout for reference.

Seats for other state students are limited and highly competitive , so apply carefully and early.
