Can i get cse in anna university with 10 cgpa in my boards.I am an andhra pradesh student.

Hey dear, CGPA does not matter here, only your 12th cutoff marks speaks.
You can get CSE in anna university only when your calculated 12th cutoff marks are around 198.75 - 200.
Since anna university is a top engineering college , it requires higher cut off.

I am from Andhra pradesh.Here the marks aren't revealed instead points are given for each subject.I got 10 points in each of the math phy chem.The math exam is 2 papers 2a and 2b each for 75 marks. And 68-75 regarded as 10 pointsPhy and chemistry each for 60 marks and 54-60 regarded as 10 points.I don't know how this points get converted into cut off?

Hey gpa can be converted to percentage. You have got 95% in each physics, che & maths.
Cutoff = (95/2) + (95/2) + (95)
You get 190 cutoff out of 200
Cutoff = (95/2) + (95/2) + (95)
You get 190 cutoff out of 200

Wheras other states candidates have less reservations when compared to tamilnadu students. So the chances of getting cse in Anna University is difficult.
How u can tell.my percentage is 95 IAM confused!!
