As per the eligibility to take admission in cusat of navalArchitecture and ship buliding course 

You need to pass in 12th or equivalent with PCM with English.with minimum aggregate marks.

And you have to appear in CAT exam syllabus is same as jee after according to your rank you will be called for counselling where you can choose your branch .

To be eligible to take admission in CUSAT of the Naval Architecture and ship building course you need to pass 12th boards or equivalent  with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as separate subjects with a PCM average of not less than 60% marks and minimum 50% for Mathematics and english Individually.
