As you know that Indira Gandhi National Open University is the India's largest open University so first of be aware of the exam pattern and its syllabus and for that refer the previous year question paper . Then try to mark the mark important question which has been repeated many times . If you don't have more time to go through the syllabus then go through some important chapters but don't skip some chapters give them a quick review .
