So the fear is about GD and interview.Only one thing can solve your problem and that is practice.Start from your home ,discuss day to day topics with your family members or you may have a casual talk and while talking put your effective point.Without starting you will never come out of your comfort zone.So start speaking in front of everyone.You may think like"If today in front of my family and juniors i am unable to speak who is not going to judge me then where i'll speak?".keep asking yourself from inside or something you should think to motivate yourself.If you will be able to speak 90% of the problems are done.

You can plan for mork interview and mock GD with your batch students and practice.You can join some online courses for technical part.It will be helpful.
