They provide a 3-year full-time program specifically aimed at students who aspire to be chefs and embrace careers in Kitchen Management & Restaurant Entrepreneurship. The B.Sc. Culinary Art program aims at providing fundamental education in kitchen operation, food and beverage operation, management, production and service. Graduates also gain exposure to industry-specific skills – safe food handling, food presentation and proper use of equipment. Students are also given a good understanding of purchasing, storage and handling of a wide range of food products, along with an understanding of Management Principles of commercial and non-commercial food service operations.
