I too belong to B.Tech CSE and have different friends in different colleges doing this course so I think I am the best one to give you suggestion. Very few college excluding IITs and NITs are good for B.Tech and sastra is not one among them. It is well known but not best. Doing B.Tech in CS will difidefini fetch you a job there but most jobs are of mass recruiter giving you around 21k per month after consesion. I would recommend you to try for IITs or atleat NITs and colleges like IIITD and BIT pilani. But if you can't go there now, no need to worry. SASTRA too has some good opportunities but you really need to work hard for that.
