Anna University, Madurai campus has been ranked 12th in latest NIRF Ranking. The facilities are provided  properly, well maintained laboratories, and library. There are renowned faculties from different part of India, the faculties are extremely talented.  Along with the regular course curriculum, the Institute offers different value added programmes like Language labs, Industry Exposure, Workshops, Seminars, Soft skills etc. The placement for Computer Science Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are pretty good but for other branches the placement is not so impressive. ABB Limited, Amazon, Accolite Software, Wipro are few companies which recruit CS engineers from this college. Mechanical engineers are sometimes recruiterd by IT Companies. Apart from this, Ashok Leyland, ATC Tires, Alstom Transport also recruit from Mechanical department. Most of the placements are grabbed by CSE.
