Hi

Marks needed by you in NEET to get a rank of around 4000 to 5000 is quite difficult to predict as rank for the same marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But as previous year trends you should try to get at least 650 marks to get a rank of around 4000 to 5000 in NEET examination

For example, in NEET 2019 , 620-611 marks got a rank of 4074-5630

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors like no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now last year the top score for NEET was 701 and so the top 5000 ranks would have been for those Candidates who must have scored until 600. But as mentioned, cut offs change every year and so does the top NEET score. But to give you a number, I would say you need to target atleast 600 and above because while determining a rank in the merit list factors like Category, Tie breaking conditions might be taken into consideration.
