This year the marks vs rank trend changes depending on the total number of candidates appeared in the examination, highest score in the exam, tie breakers, normalization of marks etc. As there is not weightage given for marks scored in the qualifying examination the rank solely depends on marks scored in TS EAMCET. To have decent chances of securing a rank under 10,000 you need to score minimum 100-120 marks or above in TS EAMCET. This is an approximate score as it is difficult to indicate the exact score.
