Candidates who secure a rank within 10,000 will get free seat irrespective of their category.So you need to secure a rank in top 10,000.To get admission in Osmania university, Hyderabad in CSE you need to score 145 or above as the cut off will be below 500 rank.Cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, number candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.
