It depends upon your region and your rank decide whether you get admission or not .
I would suggest if you belong to Delhi region than you must have secure rank under 15000-16000 to be in good position
And if you didn't belong to Delhi region than you have to secure rank under 5000-6000  .
But it may vary because this time you will get two chances and compensation may be high.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact marks required as the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. However, according to the previous year cutoff, 19732 was the rank required for admission to ECE branch in General category.
