While applying for any college in Delhi University, you can apply for one college in one cut off. If you wish to change your college or course in the next cut off, you will have to withdraw your admission (that you had selected in previous cut off) and reapply. You will have to pay withdrawal fee of 1,000. And, in case in previous cut off, application was not approved by Principal for certain reasons will be considered as fresh applicant.

According to 2021 rules of Delhi University you can change only once  cut off which means have a total of four opportunities to cancel and change your college under Delhi University. As you can change your college for 4 times in total but you can not change your course Either.
