How merit list of PU Ballb entrance test is prepared?

Hi brar singh, 

The merit list is prepared on the basis of marks secured in the entrance exam held by the university. One with highest score is placed at top and then decreasing order wise the names are placed. In case two candidates have same score in the entrance exam then one with higher percentage in class 12 is kept above then the other candidate. If class 12 marks are same then class 10 marks are considered and one with higher marks is placed above. If class 10 marks are also same then one who is older in age is granted higher rank. In this way merit list is prepared.
