I would suggest you to get atleast 220+ in the JEE MAIN to get COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING at DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY being a GENERAL CATEGORY OUTSIDE DELHI CANDIDATE.
