Aero nautical Engineering is not offered by many. SRM and Manipal are two universities that offer this. I see you have tagged Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. but it doesnt offer aeronautical engineering as far as I know and none of the IITs, NITs or IIITs offer aeronautical engg. MSU Baroda admissions are through GUJCET and for that you require 50% or above. 

For Manipal, you have to write MET earlier called as MU OET and the minimum marks you require in class 12 are 50% and for SRMJEEE which is the entrance test for SRM University, you require a minimum of 50% marks in class 12.
