According, to JAC Delhi 2017 6th round of allotment you can check the cut off below

Delhi Region

You need to score more then 170 marks in JEE Main to get ECE branch in DTU in general category.

Outside Delhi Region

You need to score more then 210 marks in JEE Main to get ECE branch in DTU in general category.
