Look cut off veries every year, no one can tell you perfectly. But you have to score under 3500-3800 to get kalyani college of engineering, according to this year 3rd round counseling. Best of luck

No sorry. At this rank, you can't able to get any government colleges.

Your rank should be under 3431 in WBJEE to get Kalyani government college.
