Usually there are two catagories of stipend that are offered to a student pursuing Masters of Technology at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi:

• Teaching Assistant: Rs. 12,400 per month
• Research Assistant: Rs. 13,400 per month

Apart from these there are various fellowships which a student can avail and get stipend upto Rs. 18,000 per month.

The stipend provided by college are fixed and do not change with time.
