Admission into the BPT programme is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the entrance examination. To appear for the entrance exam, candidates are first required to fill out the application form by filling out some basic details such as personal, contact, and academic. It should be noted that the application process will be available only for a specified time period. Only those candidates who will submit the application form before the last date will be able to appear for the exam. All the registered candidates will be able to download the admit card. Candidates must carry the admit card to the examination centre on the test day.

Before filling out the application form, candidates should ensure that they meet the required eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the prescribed conditions and requirements will be disqualified.

The authorities prepare a merit list based on the marks obtained. This admission procedure is general and may vary as per the institute or university that the student is applying for.

BPT Eligibility

• Should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognized institute.

• Should have completed 10+2 having Physics , Chemistry , and Biology as compulsory subjects.

• Candidates should have passed in English .

• Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission.

Bachelors in Physiotherapy has a course duration of 4 years 6 months with a compulsory internship of another 6 months making it a total of 5 years.

The admission to BPT Course involves 2 criteria. Some Colleges take admission based on the marks obtained in class 12th PCB, whereas there are some colleges who take admission on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance exam.

The Admission process of BPT includes :

An applicant must have PCB as main subjects in higher secondary . Aspirants must do six months of mandatory clinical internship to get a BPT degree. In some BPT College admissions are based on an entrance exam followed by the personal interview (PI).

Eligibility criteria :

One has to be atleast of 17 years of age with Science in +2 with Biology as a compulsory subject and at least 50% marks in each subject.
