The syllabus consists of physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology. So while preparing , the order of priority should be first,your strong areas , then commonly asked topics and your weak areas. In physics physical world & measurement, gravitation, thermodynamics, work, energy & power and so on can be considered as commonly asked topics. For chemistry is would be  thermodynamics, S and P block elements, organic chemistry, solid state etc.In maths for sure you need to be good with  algebra, trigonometry, vectors, statistics , differential equations and integral calculus and when it comes to biology focus on diversity of plant life, cell biology & genetics and diversity of plant life . The NCERT books are more than enough for preparation but there are good reference books too which are very useful . You may know more about them through the below link.

When you are preparing on a daily basis , your body and mind should be coordinated and well rested for you to retain what you are studying in your memory, hence do not ignore food and sleep. Also do not forget to take quality breaks in between, too much focus and obsession can create anxiety and will lead to poor output.Stay dedicated and disciplined. Practice as many mock tests as possible , it will cover almost 50% percentage of your preparation. Mock tests are very important for any exam , to sharpen your speed and accuracy. Now regarding the questions , it will be an objective test,with a time duration of 80 minutes for each subjects.The number of questions will be 60 for PCM/B and 50 for Kannada if applicable.The good news is there will be no negative marking and for every right answer 1 marks will be given.
