I would suggest you to visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/tnea-cutoff and compare your rank with the closing rank for CSE in MIT so that you can get a clear idea whether you'll get CSE in MIT or not. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
