hey,
please don't take decision to study in abroad in haste. it requires a lot of fund and loan facility and acceptance of study visa to go study in abroad. pg and rent is quite high in abroad compare to india. see vit is a good college with excellent placement facility. If you get chance to admission in vit I would suggest you to go for it.
