For this yoi will have to withdraw your admission and make it cancel. And then you will have to collect your orignal document from college. After that you can take admission in another college. All colleges under university of delhi are good, but right now i don't think that seats would be available. So take admission in 9th cut off in another college if vacant seats are there.
