Honestly, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College any day! It is one of the most sought after college in Delhi University and highly recognised by top recruiting companies it is known to have 2nd best placement cell after SRCC. It's infrastructure is pretty cool too you'll be able to enjoy your college life. School of opening learning will not give you the exposure one needs during their college time, it will not help you develop your personality and skills like this college would.
And most importantly if you can work extra hard and concentrate a bit more on your score in the first year you'll definitely get an opportunity to migrate in their morning, regular college.

I suggest you to choose Shaheed Bhagat Singh evening college over DU SOL college. It has an impressive rating of 4.2/5. The infrastructure is good and is as per the needs of the students. The labs are well equipped and classrooms are well maintained. The placements are good with minimum 80% of students getting placed last year. All the best
