No issues, go with Commerce. Since you have Maths as a Subject, you will be eligible for B.Sc. CS/IT as well as BCA. However, for better career scope and prospects in the IT/Software/Services Industry you must pursue MCA from some of the Good NITs after aceing the NIMCET Examination. Most of the NITs have excellent placements as far as MCA is concerned with Top Recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, HCL, Wipro, Accenture, Amdocs, IBM and many others visiting campus exclusively for MCA.
