With your OBC rank (1.35 lakh) and 75 percentile in JEE Mains, getting ECE at CET Bhubaneswar via OJEE counselling is unlikely .
Last year’s ECE cutoff rank was around 1,02,728 (general category).
State domicile may help, but your rank is still higher than typical cutoffs.
Consider other branches or private colleges with lower cutoffs.
