Hello,

As per your All India rank I must say getting a decent college is nearly impossible and even if you get because of category quota that would not be a good college. If you have not applied yet then I would say apply for state counselling because chances of getting a good college is more. Incase you have applied for AIQ then I would suggest to apply for round 2 for state counselling .
