yes you can. there is some reservation quota for non tamil nadu state students. you need to compete with other students who are going to apply from other states also. first check the eligibility criteria , then apply online and wait for the counselling.there is a general guideline is both CBSE & State Board students must have scored over 50% in Maths, Physics and Chemistry to get admission in anna university.
