That's not usually the case, IGNOU provides marka only in assignments as well as TEE Results. May be they'd upgrade later or in the final marksheet. There's this student service centre (ssc@ignou.ac.in), they are very attentive towards queries of students and do revert back, mail them about this entire thing, that's the only way to gain a clearer perspective on this matter.
