As you are saying you have already completed MA in history, so yes you are eligible for LLB(a law course). As you have already graduated, LLB is of three years duration only. You must have scored at least 40% in your graduation from a recognized institution.

You most probably have to appear an entrance exam to get admission into LLB course and then qualify a personal interview. Your age must not be more than 30 years.
