You need minimum 75% score in PCM subjects in your xii board for Admission to NIT, BITS or IIT. Along  with that you must have prepared for jee mains. Jee mains is entrance exam conducted for admission to BITS and NIT colleges. Qualifying marks for jee mains 2019 , ie cut off percentile was 89+  . This year you need 90+ percentile to qualify Jee mains.

For admission to IIT colleges , you need to appear Jee advanced after qualifying Jee mains. If you crack Jee advanced then only you will be able to get a seat in IIT colleges.

Yes you can score good marks in your IIT JEE mains and Advanced and also in BITSAT. But you need to practice a lot and work hard. You need to clear your basic concepts from the NCERT books and then solve questions from higher level books. You need to solve previous year question papers and also go for frequent mock tests which will help you to analyse your progress.

you have to score at least 125 + marks to get into nit and at least 8000 rank in jee advance to get into iit and in bits you have score at least 325 + to get in.
