I am currently studying in 1st year in ECE course in an Anna University affiliated college.It as been one and a half months since the college has started.I am seeking admission in other colleges.So is it possible to get fees refund from the college??

To be very honest, refund and your certificates will not be given. You might have to shell out the entire fee for the duration of the course. This is because the College is losing out on a potential Candidate for the entire duration of the course. The Institution would rather have a Student who would complete the course with them. This will have to be negotiated with the Administration.
