Hello Vishnu ,
Based on your MHT CET marks you can get seat through cap round process in viit pune .
But if you want to take admission via management quota you can also.

Yes definitely you can this college , irrespective of your place you however I would recommend you to keep your option open for now and keep searching for more and suitable colleges.
