Hey.

Aadhar card is not necessary for your identification. It is not the only ID proof which is valid across India. All exams and colleges accept  other ID proofs like driving license, voter card etc.

You can get the admission but i think Aadhar is mansatory for every residents of India so Aadhar will be reqired in all of the procedures where it be asmission or Campus placements it is required.
