You can get medical seat on the basis of your neet score .

Neet is the biggest entrance exam of India,  conducted for entry to various medical programs such as bds, mbbs, bhms, bams ,Ayush and even verinary science courses.

Neet score is accepted all over India.
Eligibility to appear for Neet is to have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology.

You can apply for state quota for the state you have domicile certificate,  if you have domicile of bihar then you are eligible for 85 % state quota for bihar and if you havd domicile of Karnataka then you may be eligible for 85% state quota karnataka.
