But to be honest, with this score, you can get a Management Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges of Tamilnadu or Karnataka because you cannot participate in their Government Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges. And their fees is not within 3-4 lakhs. If you want a seat in Government Medical College of other States you should participate in All India Round Counselling but again 500 might not get you a seat under All India Counselling. But you do have fair chances for seats in Deemed Universities .With a score of 500, your rank might be approximately between 45023-51086 .
