Hello aspirant,
Domicile of any State means you are the permanent resident of that state that means he/ she living in that state for more than 10 years. If you are having the domicile certificate than yes you are surely having the benefit in the councilling process there is a reservation of some seats for the state students. For the students having domicile certificate he has the advantage that the closing rank for branch in each each college will extend by some amount.
