If you are really determined that you will move ahead with MBA in future then I would definitely suggest you to go for Jadavpur University in Mechanical engineering because there's no point in investing 15-20L in your bachelors degree when you are going to invest 20L in your MBA degree.

In MBA there's no point of doing engineering from a private college. As you will be able to fetch a good package after MBA too. So, i would suggest you to go with Jadavpur University.

see its totally depends upto you that in which course you are interested. if you are preparing for government exam specially in Rail, Sail etc then you shoud go for mechanical engineering from jadavpur.
Or you are interested in CSE, you want to make websites for MNCs then you should go for Vellore college.

After Btech you should not do MBA cause its totally different streams but if you are interested and you want to don MBA then you should go for ces engineering and go for Mba it will help you twice a way that in future if you do your own business then you can make websites for yourself as well as you can maintain your business easily or as same the way you can help others by making their website with business features.
