Hello dear,
It's okay, you don't need to overthink anything. This happens with everybody. And you are not that old, just 21.
Just be relax and prepare a plan for SBI and analyze yourself, which topics are your strength and which one are your weakness.
And try to do some meditation along with studies which help you to calm your mind and enhance your focus.

how to forget my past i was good student and also very kind hearted but not getting why i lost my way i lost my friends i loved one girl but she was not even my friend

Abhishek Just focus on important things. learn from the past mistakes and improve yourself. Try not to repeat the same mistake again and again.
And one day when you become successful all your friends will comeback even you will get some new friends.
