Find your area SDM office, go to the department of revenue or ask anyone where can you make the certificate from.

The man will provide you with the details of things you will need.

The things you will need -

1. Passport size photo

2. Your parent obc certificate or your siblings

3. Aadhar card

4. Last 3 years income statement

(This is required after a year)

NCL certificate is issued after a year of obc certificate.
